Our first ever Yaron Shabbaton occurred this past weekend. It began with welcoming in the Sabbath on Friday evening. 18 adults and kids camped out overnight on our land, and close to 50 attended the Shabbat morning service lead by Asher. Thanks to Temple Emek Shalom we had a Sefer Torah present and were blessed with 3 simchas. The 18th birthday of Mya Shoshana Kass, the 70th birthday of Fran Orrok, and the 44th wedding anniversary of Marcia and Jan Chaiken, congratulations and Mazal Tov!

It was also the longest Shabbat of the year. We ended Shabbat with Havdalah at 9:45 pm! Thanks to all who helped make this a Shabbat to remember! A special thanks to the Zohar and Solomon mishpachas!
